To fully realize BMI OrganBank’s vision, we have agreed upon common values regarding “how” we will go about achieving it. The following values define our company and our culture:

Curiosity.
We are inherently curious, always seeking knowledge and applying it for the benefit of patients and those who help them.
Innovation.
We are creative and tenacious when it comes to solving hard problems.  We actively seek to learn from failure as well as success.
Integrity.
Every decision we make reflects our commitment to integrity.  Our choices must align with our values and principles.
Humility.
We never forget why we come to work and we leave our egos in the parking lot.  We focus on getting it right instead of being right.
Ownership.
Each team member takes pride in their responsibilities, fostering a culture of accountability that propels us toward our goals.

DiMarzio's current endeavor is guiding OrganBankTM technology - a proprietary organ preservation system - through the FDA clearance project.

As noted, DiMarzio also serves as CEO for IHC, a precision engineering business that serves the bio-medical, aerospace, and automotive sectors, providing microscopically thin and diamond-like hard surface film modifications that vastly improve equipment performance and durability.

DiMarzio has relevant business experience in sales and marketing as well as quality control, can help to guide business owners on the difficult road toward increased efficiency and productivity, and has an in-depth familiarity with human capital development. When DiMarzio is not making a difference by managing cutting-edge projects at these two innovative companies based in North Carolina, she engages deeply with her local church and community, coaches female sports for the local schools, and is significantly involved in global outreach programs to provide for those in need.

Creative Director

Duane Beaudot

24+ years of experience in marketing and design. 19+ of those years were dedicated to regenerative medical science and cancer research.

Duane Beaudot has twenty-four years of experience in marketing and design. Nineteen of those years were dedicated to regenerative medical science and cancer research as the Creative Director at AlphaMed Press (AMP), the publisher of the peer-reviewed journals STEM CELLS, STEM CELLS Translational Medicine, and The Oncologist and, since 2022, as the Marketing and Creative Director for Beaudot Creative.

At AMP, Beaudot oversaw all aspects of company branding and forward-facing entities, which included journal layouts, websites, logos, trade booths, advertisements, brochures, presentations, videos, animations, and webinars. Beaudot helped to launch a non-profit – The Society for Translational Oncology – and a peer-reviewed journal – STEM CELLS Translational Medicine – the first journal dedicated to bringing regenerative medicine from the “bench to bedside” led by Editor-in-Chief Dr. Anthony Atala. Both remain successful today, over a decade after their startup. As the Creative Director, Beaudot also worked in tandem with the Marketing Department and external sponsors to develop market concepts and advertising campaigns.

Over the years, Beaudot has had the opportunity to loan his talents to multiple concerns, including partnerships with institutions such as the Massachusetts General Hospital, the ASCO Conquer Cancer Foundation, Wake Forest Institute for Regenerative Medicine, the Regenerative Medicine Foundation, RegenMed Development Organization (ReMDO), UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center, European Cancer Concord, CEO Roundtable on Cancer, and Project Data Sphere.

Duane’s passion for design, branding, and marketing is only surpassed by his commitment to bettering patients’ quality of life by aiding doctors and scientists in disseminating their findings to evolve research and development in medical and scientific fields to make a better future and, ultimately, save and improve lives.
